Ingredients for Bedmi kachori with aalu ki sabzi Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup Urad dal
  • 1/2 Tbsp Moong dal
  • 1/2 Cup Maida
  • 1 Tsp Coarse coriander
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coarse fennel seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Red chilli pwd
  • 1/4 Tsp Haldi
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Black salt
  • To Taste Salt according
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger chilli paste
  • As Required Oil
  • A Few Potato boiled
  • 1/2 Pieces Tez patta
  • A Few Kali mirch
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger chilli paste
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala
  • As Required Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 Tsp Amchoor powder
  • As Required Green chutney (Hari chutney)
  • As Required Red tamarind chutney
  • 1/2 Tbsp Roasted besan
  • A Pinch Hing

Directions: Bedmi Kachori With Aalu Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method for bedmi :soak dals for 4-5 hours n grind it coarsly. Now heat pan n mix spices in oil . Mix dal n cook for 10-15 minutes at slow flame stirring in between. Add besan . Put it aside. Make dough using mada oil salt n water. It should be medium soft. Keep it for rest for 10 minutes. Now make sabzi use oil. Add jeera n tez patta n Kali mirch. Now adda ginger chilli paste. Aad other dry spices n roughly mashed potatoes n water. Add salt as per your taste. Cook it covered for 15-20 minutes. Add amchoor . Now fry bedmi. Take a ball of dough, make a thick poori n put masala n make a ball by putting all edges together. Now take some dry flour n roll a big poori with soft hands. So the masala won't come out. Heat oil n fry kachori on medium flame. Now serve it with hot sabzy n chutneys.
