Ingredients for Dry mini samosa Recipe

  • 0.40 Cups Maida
  • 0.40 Tbsp Oil
  • A Pinch Salt
  • 0.15 Cup Water
  • 1/5 Cup Namkeen moong dal
  • 1/5 Cup namkeen chana dal
  • 1/5 Cup Kela chips
  • 1/10 Cup Roasted peanuts
  • 1/10 Tsp Kasoori methi
  • 1/10 Tsp Black salt
  • 1/10 Tsp Black pepper
  • 1/5 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1/5 Tsp Ground sugar
  • 1/10 Tsp Amchoor powder
  • As Required Salt as per taste
  • A Pinch Hing
  • 1/10 Tsp Dry ginger
  • 1/10 Litre Oil for frying
  • 1/5 Tsp Fennel
  • 1/5 Tsp Dhania Powder

Directions: Dry Mini Samosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make a dough of medium softness. Let it rest for some time
  • STEP 2.Make filling using dry namkeen n masala. Now take small balls of dough n make poori out of it . Cut into two halves. Take one half n make a cone . Fill a spoonful of filling. Seal edges with water. Make rest same as above. Deep fry them on low to medium flame. Bring them out when they turn crisp n golden. Let them cool completely. Keep them in air tight container.
