A delicious veg cutlet prepared with corn flour, all purpose flour and breadcrumbs. It is loaded with paneer, veggies, ginger paste and other ingredients to make it taste yummy.
STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add 2 cups paneer1 cup potato,( boiled and mashed), 2 tbsp of chopped onion, ½ grated carrot, 1 chopped green chili, ½ tsp ginger paste, ½ tsp kashmiri red chili powder, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, ½ tsp amchur, ½ tsp garam masala, 2 tbsp corn flour, ½ tsp salt and prepare a dough.
STEP 2.To prepare maida paste combine ¼ of cup corn flour, 2 tbsp of maida, ¼ tsp of pepper, ¼ tsp of salt and ½ cup of water.
STEP 3.Mix to form a batter, make sure no lumps are there.
STEP 4.Prepare a small ball sized tikkis greasing palms with oil.
STEP 5.Dip in prepared maida paste and cover completely with batter.
STEP 6.Coat with bread crumbs on all sides.
STEP 7.Fry the tikkis in oil. Or you can bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 12 minutes.
STEP 8.Fry on medium flame, turning occasionally till cutlets turn golden brown.
STEP 9.Serve paneer cutlet on a plate along with tomato sauce.
