The chicken dish is a rich curry made of yogurt, cream, rushed nuts, herbs and chilies.It is deliciously prepared from fresh cream, curd,almonds,cashews and shredded coconut.
STEP 1.In a bowl take chicken and add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp red chilli powder,1 tsp salt and turmeric.

STEP 1.Mix everything well and keep it aside to marinate for 40 minutes.

STEP 1.Grind all the nuts with a little bit of curd to make a fine paste.

STEP 1.In a pan take some oil and add chicken pieces.

STEP 1.Cook it for 5-7 minutes and take it out in a bowl.

STEP 1.In the same pan add the garam masalas, bay leaves and ginger garlic paste.

STEP 1.Pour water, cover and cook at medium flame for 10 minutes

STEP 1.Finally add fried onion and green chillies.

STEP 1.Cook it on high flame and add cream to it.

STEP 1.Cook it on low flame for 10 minutes with the lid on.

STEP 1.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and it is ready to be served.
