- 1 kilogram Chicken
- 2.50 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 250 gram curd
- 2 No.s fried onions
- 20 No.s almonds
- 20 No.s Cashews
- 1.50 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 3-4 No.s bay leaves
- 2 No.s cinnamon sticks
- 10-12 No.s black peppercorns
- 4 No.s green cardamoms
- 1 No.s black cardamom
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 5-6 No.s Cloves
- 5-7 No.s green chillies
- As required Coriander leaves

How to Make Murgh E Shalimar Recipe
In a bowl take chicken and add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp red chilli powder,1 tsp salt and turmeric.
Mix everything well and keep it aside to marinate for 40 minutes.
Grind all the nuts with a little bit of curd to make a fine paste.
In a pan take some oil and add chicken pieces.
Cook it for 5-7 minutes and take it out in a bowl.
In the same pan add the garam masalas, bay leaves and ginger garlic paste.
Add the prepared paste and pour curd.
After 5 minutes add all the spices and roast well.
Add chicken pieces and mic well.
Pour water, cover and cook at medium flame for 10 minutes
Finally add fried onion and green chillies.
Cook it on high flame and add cream to it.
Cook it on low flame for 10 minutes with the lid on.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and it is ready to be served.
