STEP 3.After an hour later crush the rice with hands

STEP 8.Take a pan and add 3 tsp sugar and heat it until it changes into a syrup.
STEP 9.Pour the sugar mixture in a small plate and let it rest for 30 mins. The sugar syrup will settle down into a solid circular piece.
STEP 10.Then break it into 4-5 pieces and mount it on rice pudding.
