Ingredients For Moroccan style pecan couscous salad with tahini lemon dressing!! Recipe

• 1 cup Moroccon Style Couscous
• 1 small onion soaked in vinegar for about 2 hours, finely chopped
• 0.25 cup Pecans
• 0.5 cup Cherry Tomatoes
• 0.5 cup finely chopped parsley
• 0.5 cup finely chopped cucumber
• 1 Juice of yellow lemon or more as per your preference
• 2 tablespoon tahini (Tahini is paste made from toasted sesame seeds and extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• Toasted sesame seeds for topping/ sprinkle over salad just before serving
