A delicious combination of beef mince seasoned with ginger garlic and tomato ketchup stir fried with bok choy and spring onions flavoured with soy sauce and lime juice.
STEP 1.in a wok heat 2 tsp oil on high heat, add 3 finely chopped cloves of garlic, 10 gm finely chopped ginger, 2 tsp tomato ketchup and stir fry for a few seconds.
STEP 1.add 400 gm lean beef mince and stir fry for 5 minutes
STEP 2.add 6 roughly chopped spring onions, 280 gm bok choy cut into 2 cm pieces and stir fry for 2 minutes.
STEP 3.add 200 gm bean sprouts and stir fry for 2 minutes.
add 2 tsp lime juice, 2 tsp light soy sauce, salt to taste and stir fry for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
serve hot with egg noodles.
