  • 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds

How to Make Minced Beef Patties Recipe

STEP 01

Grate ginger

STEP 02

Chop onion and tomato

Crush coriander seeds

Chop mint leaves & coriander leaves

Lightly beat egg

In a bowl add beef and add all the other ingredients except for oil.

Mix everything well and prepare a mixture.

Make small balls of the mixture and press it gently with the help of the palm.

Add an ample amount of oil in a pan and heat it.

Now add the patties and cook for 2-3 mins from each side.
