  • 500 gram Beef mince
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 3/4 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup Tomato
  • 1 tablespoon Gram flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
  • 1 dash Oil

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Grate the ginger.
  • STEP 1.Chop the onion and tomato.
  • STEP 2.Crush the coriander seeds.
  • STEP 3.Chop mint leaves and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 4.Lightly beat the egg.
  • STEP 5.In a bowl, add the beef and add all the other ingredients except for oil.
  • STEP 6.Mix everything well.
  • STEP 7.Make small balls of the mixture and press them gently with the help of your palms.
