• 1 can 28 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
• 0.5 cup Sweet corn
• 0.5 cup Fresh tomatoes diced
• 1 Small red onion diced
• 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro minced
• 3 cup Cooked brown rice or rice of your choice
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
