• 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

• 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
• 0.125 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
• 1 can Cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 can Water packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and quartered
• 6 ounce Fresh baby spinach
