These sandwiches make a great light lunch. This time i added sweet piquante peppers. I discovered these peppers a little while ago and theyve become my favorites. They have a sweet yet spicy flavor. You can find several different types like mild, medium and spicy. I use the mild version since im not good with overly spicy foods. If you want to make it or prepare it for your kids lunch, you can add the yogurt sauce on the side to add just before eating so it stays crunchy. Enjoy
