STEP 1.Geate khoya. Add it to in kadai. Use heavy bottomed kadai. Cook it on medium flame by continuous stirring till khoya become brown.switch off the gas.
STEP 2.If khoya become hard add milk to make khoya soft.
STEP 3.When the khoya become luke warm add illaichi powder and 1/2cup shaakar bura. Mix evenly and very well.
STEP 4.Make small balls from lukewarm peda mixture press the peda in between your palm give them disc shape. Press with your tumb in the middle of peda.
STEP 5.Roll the peda on shakkar bura and garnish with sliced pista. Serve these yummy pedas after 1/2an hour.
