Ingredients for Tudkiya bhath Recipe

  • 0.33 Cups Basmati rice
  • 0.33 cup Saboot masoor
  • 0.33 Pieces Sliced tomato
  • 0.67 g Table spoon ghee
  • 0.17 cup Curd
  • 0.67 g Cloves
  • 1.33 Pieces Black pepper
  • 0.33 g reen Cardamom
  • 0.67 Tbsp poppy seeds
  • As Required Salt per taste
  • 0.17 teaspoon Haldi powder
  • 0.33 Pieces Chakri phool
  • 0.17 teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 0.33 Pieces bey leaf

Directions: Tudkiya Bhath Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash 1cup basmati rice and 1/2cup saboot masoor dal seperatly for 1hours. Drain the water and keep it ready to use.
  • STEP 2.Take 1clove, 2black pepper, poppy seeds, green coriander leaves, tomato in a mixer grinder and make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.Take asli ghee in a pressure cooker add jeera,all whole spices and saute them for 1minute. Add sliced onion and saute it until light pink.
  • STEP 4.Add dhaniya tomato paste and Cook it for 5minute.Add dhaniya powder, haldi powder, red chilli powder . Now add curd and mix every thing very well. Cook until ghee seperates.add salt per taste, 3cup water andcook it on medium flame until 3-4whistles.
  • STEP 5.Tudkiya bhath is ready to serve. Serve with curd.
