Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.Grind the corn kernels in a blender to make a coarse paste.
• STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and spices.
• STEP 3.Add the corn paste to the pan and cook until it thickens. Shape the mixture into kebabs and shallow fry them.
