Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.Peel and chop the bottle gourd into small pieces.
• STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.
• STEP 3.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
• STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
• STEP 5.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
• STEP 6.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
• STEP 7.Add the chopped bottle gourd and mix everything together.
• STEP 8.Cover and cook until the bottle gourd is tender.
• STEP 9.Add tamarind pulp and jaggery for a tangy and sweet flavor.
• STEP 10.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
