Directions : Kiribath Recipe

STEP 1.1 wash the rice and pour it in an electric cooker with water filled half inch above the level of rice.

STEP 2.2 in a bowl take shredded coconut and add water to it and take out the coconut milk.

STEP 3.3 in another bowl take chopped onion, chopped tomato, chilli flakes, lime juice, salt and gently mix it together.

STEP 4.4 once your rice gets cooked add coconut milk to it, mix well and cook again with a lid on.

STEP 5.5 take the rice out and shape it in a plate and let it cool.

STEP 6.6 cut the rice into rectangular pieces and serve with prepared katta sambol
