How to Make Kiribath Recipe

STEP 01

1 wash the rice and pour it in an electric cooker with water filled half inch above the level of rice.

STEP 02

2 in a bowl take shredded coconut and add water to it and take out the coconut milk.

STEP 03

3 in another bowl take chopped onion, chopped tomato, chilli flakes, lime juice, salt and gently mix it together.

STEP 04

4 once your rice gets cooked add coconut milk to it, mix well and cook again with a lid on.

STEP 05

5 take the rice out and shape it in a plate and let it cool.

STEP 06

6 cut the rice into rectangular pieces and serve with prepared katta sambol
