STEP 1.In a bowl add gram flour, add curd,add salt, add sugar, add citric acid, add turmericpowder, add oil, add water mix it well properly now add baking soda and again mix it well.
STEP 2.Take a bowl and pour into a greased bowl and keep the bowl in the steamer and cook for 15 min.then turn the bowl upside down on a plate.now dhokla is ready.For Tadka Water:-
