Ingredients for Khaman Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Gram flour
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Citric acid
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds

Directions: Khaman Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add gram flour, add curd,add salt, add sugar, add citric acid, add turmericpowder, add oil, add water mix it well properly now add baking soda and again mix it well.
  • STEP 2.Take a bowl and pour into a greased bowl and keep the bowl in the steamer and cook for 15 min.then turn the bowl upside down on a plate.now dhokla is ready.For Tadka Water:-
  • STEP 3.In a pan add oil,add mustard seeds, add salt,add sugar, i,add water, add citric acid mix it well and boil it now dhokla water is ready.now pour the tadka water over dhokla
