• 4 pound Gi ert's bourbon apple sausages or 1 lb of precooked smoked sausage of your choice, sliced
• 2 T tomato paste
• 3 Cloves of garlic, sliced
• 2 cup Chicken
• 1 T. chicken better than bouillon
• 0.25 T of dried thyme
• 0.25 T dried parsley
• 1 Bay leaf
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
• Topping
• 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
• 1 T dried parsley
• 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
• 2 T olive oil
