• 0.5 cup Parsley, chopped, divided
• 18 ounce Can red kidney beans, rinsed
• 18 ounce Can white kidney beans, rinsed
• Salt and freshly ground pepper
• Additional chopped fresh parsley
• Dollop of sour cream, optional
