Directions : Hui Bari Recipe

STEP 1.Heat oil in pan. Add red chili paste, salt and chopped tomatoes.

STEP 2.Now add tamarind water and coconut milk.

STEP 3.Wait for the 1st boil then add the shallow fried brinjals.

STEP 4.Cook for 10 minutes.

STEP 5.Remove from fire and add the brown sauteed onions.

STEP 6.Serve hot with paranthas.
