Ingredients for Hui Bari Recipe

  • 2 shallow fried brinjals
  • 3-4 brown sauteed onions
  • 3 tablespoon red chili
  • 3 teaspoon coconut oil
  • As required Salt
  • 2 teaspoon chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup tamarind water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

Directions: Hui Bari Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in pan. Add red chili paste, salt and chopped tomatoes.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Now add tamarind water and coconut milk.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Wait for the 1st boil then add the shallow fried brinjals.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Cook for 10 minutes.

step 5

  • STEP 5.Remove from fire and add the brown sauteed onions.

step 6

  • STEP 6.Serve hot with paranthas.
