  • STEP 1.To make the bari, mix gram flour, spices, and water to form a thick batter.
  • STEP 2.Drop spoonfuls of the batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.For the kadhi, whisk yogurt, gram flour, and spices in a bowl.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, and dried red chilies.
  • STEP 5.Add the yogurt mixture and cook until it thickens.
