  • STEP 1.To make the bari, soak chana dal for a few hours and grind it into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.Shape the dal paste into small dumplings and deep fry them until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and chopped onions. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
