Directions : Heart shape bread pizza Recipe
STEP 1.Take warm milk in one bowl, Add the sugar stir the continusloy till the dissolve sugar,now add the yeast and stir
STEP 2.Keep aside for 10 minutes or till the yeast bubbles up and froths.
STEP 3.While the proofing is happening, seive the flour with salt.
STEP 4.Add the oil to the flour and mix well it, Now add the frothy yeast.and mix well it
STEP 5.With a wooden spoon mix everything. The dough will be sticky.
STEP 6.Now use your hands and knead the dough. the dough has to be smooth and light. grease the dough with oil.
STEP 7.Keep in a large bowl and cover loosely with kitchen napkin.
STEP 8.Keep aside for 1hours until the dough doubles up
STEP 9.Onion , capsicum, paneer cut into 1 inch cubes
STEP 10.Now take one big bowl ,add the curd, all spices masala , ginger garlic paste and sAlt mix well it.
STEP 11.Add the paneer , onion ,capsicum Mix until all the paneer pieces and veggies are well coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for minimum for 15 minute
STEP 12.After 15 minute ,take pan add the butter and add the marinade paneer ,capsicum,onion saute it For 10 -12 miunte ,pizza topping are ready
STEP 13.After 1 hours ,Take the dough on a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough for 10 -12 miunte
STEP 14.Now take the heart shaped mould and greas with oil
STEP 15.Add the dough in a greased mould , spread the dough, to hole the help of foark
STEP 16.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees c and bake for 20 mins till get a golden brown bread.
STEP 17.Heart shaped bread are ready
STEP 18.Spread the tomato sauce and pizza sauce on the heart shaped bread, and sprinkle with cheese, and place toppings on the pizza, sprinkle the sweet corn, olives, pizza
STEP 19.seasoning,mix herb ,Preheat the oven to 180 degrees c and bake for 5 mins till cheese melt
