  • 1.40 Pieces tomato ( smooth paste)
  • 1/5 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/5 g reen chilli paste
  • 1/5 Inches Cinnamon
  • 0.40 Inch Star
  • 1/5 As Required Bay leaf
  • 0.40 Pieces Dry red chily
  • 1/5 teaspoon Cumin seed
  • 1/5 teaspoon cantaloupe seed
  • 3 Pieces Cashews
  • 1/5 teaspoon Poppy seeds
  • 1/5 teaspoon red chily powder
  • 0.30 teaspoon 1 1/2 teaspoon gram
  • 1/5 teaspoon Fenugreek
  • 1/10 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/5 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.40 teaspoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required For kofta
  • 0.40 bunches spinach(chopped
  • 1/5 teaspoon Cumin seed
  • 1/10 tsp red chily powder
  • 1/10 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/10 cup Besan
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Without Onion & Garlic Shaam Savera Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take one pan, add the oil and heat it, add the cumin seed and all spices saute for one minute
  • STEP 2.Now add the ginger,chilli paste, stir for 1 minute, after add the tomato paste saute till oil come in surface
  • STEP 3.Now add the all masala and white paste(soak the cashew, poppy seed,melon seed for 10 minute, and crush it make the paste) mix well it,
  • STEP 4.Now add the butter,stir the one two minute,after 2 mins gravy are ready
  • STEP 5.Now take one other pan add oil and heat it,add the cumin seed, spinch paste and besan mix well it,keep gas flame slow
  • STEP 6.Mixture get thicknesses off the gas flame, ready our spinach dough
  • STEP 7.Take paneer and grated it,add salt,and cornflour mix well it make balls
  • STEP 8.Take one balls out of spinach dough, add paneer balls and make balls,fry till the golden brown, ready ours kofte,
  • STEP 9.Take kofte cut into middle, take one serving dish add the gravy and kofte, ready to serve it
