Ingredients for Hariyali Paneer Tikka Recipe

  • 66.67 gram Paneer cut into cubes
  • 0.33 As Required Capsicum cut into cubes
  • 0.67 As Required Onion cut into cubes
  • 0.17 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 0.08 cup Coriander
  • 0.33 g Ginger
  • 2.67 g arlic cloves
  • 0.67 g reen Chilli
  • 0.33 As Required Lemon juice
  • As Required Salt as taste
  • 0.17 cup Yogurt
  • 0.33 tbsp karuri methi
  • 0.17 tbsp Garam masala
  • 0.17 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 0.17 tbsp jaljeera
  • 0.33 tsp mint masala
  • 0.17 tbsp Red chilli powder

Directions: Hariyali Paneer Tikka Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take mixer jar add the mint, coriander, garlic, Ginger, chilli , juice & salt in it. Grind till the coarse paste
  • STEP 2.Transfer this to large bowl .now add the yogurt,kasuri methi,garam masalo, coriander powder, jaljeera,red chilli, salt mix it well
  • STEP 3.Then add the onions, capsicum , paneer in it
  • STEP 4.Help of hand toss the veggies & paneer with the marinade till it's all well coated with it
  • STEP 5.Cover and Refrigerate for 1 hours
  • STEP 6.After 1 hr ,take wooden skewers and arrange the paneer & veggies
  • STEP 7.Place a sheet of aluminium foil on baking sheet and spray with oil. And place skewers on it .then grill the pre heat oven at 200 temp for 15 mins
  • STEP 8.Ready to serve hariyali paneer tikka and sprinkle the some jaljeera
