Ingredients for Paneer Pizza Bites Recipe

  • 50 gram Paneer
  • As Required Salts as taste
  • 0.13 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.13 tsp Chat masalo
  • 1/2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 0.13 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/4 As Required Oil for deep frying
  • 1/2 tbsp Frozen sweet corn
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 tbsp pasta pizza sauce
  • 1/4 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • As Required Mozzarella cheese
  • As Required Red chily Flakes
  • 1/4 g Oregano

Directions: Paneer Pizza Bites Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the paneer into Round Shape , Season with salt ,chat masalo & pepper
  • STEP 2.Take one bowl add the cornflour & water mix it well cornflour Slurry are ready
  • STEP 3.Dip the paneer in Cornflour Slurry and coat with Breadcrumbs and deep Fry
  • STEP 4.Take one bowl add the tomato Sauce & pasta pizza sauce mix it together and top with sauce ,corn , capsicum , Mozzarella cheese,flanks , Oregano
  • STEP 5.Grill at 180 Degrees till the cheese melt
