Ingredients for Anjeer Dry fruits Rolls Recipe

  • 125 gram anjeer(Figs)
  • 150 A Few Ml milk
  • 50 gram Sugar
  • 15 gram Cashew
  • 15 gram Almond
  • 15 gram Pistachio
  • 15 gram Poppy seed
  • 1 tbsp Ghee

Directions: Anjeer Dry Fruits Rolls Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take A mixer jar add the soak anjeer and sugar Then crush it make smooth paste
  • STEP 2.Now take one non stick pan add 2 tbsp ghee heat it then add the anjeer paste cook on low medium flame for 10 -12 minutes mixture get thicknes
  • STEP 3.Now add the chopped Dry-fruits and mix well it , mixture get thicknes and mixture leavse the sides of pan then turn off the flame
  • STEP 4.Once cool the mixture then make the roll from mixture and coating with poppy seed
