STEP 1.Take A mixer jar add the soak anjeer and sugar Then crush it make smooth paste
STEP 2.Now take one non stick pan add 2 tbsp ghee heat it then add the anjeer paste cook on low medium flame for 10 -12 minutes mixture get thicknes
STEP 3.Now add the chopped Dry-fruits and mix well it , mixture get thicknes and mixture leavse the sides of pan then turn off the flame
STEP 4.Once cool the mixture then make the roll from mixture and coating with poppy seed
