STEP 1.Combine the yeast , sugar and 1 cup of warm water in bowl, mix well and cover it with lid and keep aside for 15 minutes
STEP 2.Combine the maida , oil, red chili, oregano, salt, yeast - sugar mixture, mix well and kned it into soft dough using enough warm water
STEP 3.Transfer the dough on a clean dry surface and knead it well till smooth
STEP 4.Grease a bowl with oli and place the dough in it and cover it with a cling wrap
STEP 5.Place the dough in warm place for 40 minutes
STEP 6.Remove wrap and knead it again in the bowl till smooth
STEP 7.Grease an aluminum tin with oil and place dough over it and spread it using your fingers and creating depressions with finger tips
STEP 8.Pour 2 tsp of oil over it , sprinkler olives, oregano, red chili flanks, design with onion , capsicum press it lightly
STEP 9.Bake in a pre heated ovean at 200c for 15 minutes
STEP 10.Cool and demould it , enjoy focaccia bread
