STEP 1.In a kadhai add the desi ghee and let it melt on low flame.
STEP 2.Then add the besan and roast it till a nutty aroma is released and the besan turns yellowish brown in colour.
STEP 3.The besan will become liquidy that is okay. Add more ghee if required to get the liquidy besan.
STEP 4.The mixture should be semi thick.
STEP 5.Now add the cardamon powder. Mix well.
STEP 6.Let this cool down an then mix the jaggery powder with the roasted besan.
STEP 7.Make lemon sized laddus and garnish with chopped nuts.
STEP 8.Enjoy your dessert.
