• 3 bunch Big green coriander stalks about handfuls
• A handful of coriander leaves
• 2 handfuls of mint leaves
• 0.5 tablespoon Sugar
• 20 gram Roasted peanuts
• Juice if half lemon
• 2 green chillies roughly chopped
• 1 inch peice of ginger chopped into small cubes
• 5 cloves of garlic roughly chopped
• As required Salt
