Ingredients For Gravy manchurian Recipe

• 1 finely chopped cabbage
• 2 grated carrot
• 1 grated cucumber
• 4 finely chopped beans
• 0.5 grated cauliflower
• 2 finely chopped onion
• 4 cloves of garlic
• As required Salt
• 1 teaspoon Vinegar
• 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
• 1 teaspoon Soya sauce
• 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
• 4 tablespoon Corn flour { 2 tbsp for manchurian and 2 tbsp for gravy
• 0.25 cup All purpose flour
• 2 tablespoon oil for gravy
• Sufficient oil for frying
