Ingredients for Fried Rice with Manchurian gravy Recipe

  • As required For fried rice:
  • 1 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots
  • As required Bell Peppers
  • As required Peas
  • As required Corn
  • As required etc.)
  • 1 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • As required Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • As required For Manchurian:
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage
  • As required finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Carrot
  • As required Grated
  • 0.13 cup bell pepper
  • As required finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoons Cornflour
  • 1 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1/2 nos green chili
  • As required finely chopped (optional)
  • As required Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • As required Oil for frying.

Directions: Fried Rice With Manchurian Gravy Recipe

  • STEP 1.For Fried Rice:
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  • STEP 3.Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  • STEP 4.Add cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through. Set aside.
  • STEP 5.For Manchurian:
  • STEP 6.In a mixing bowl, combine chopped cabbage, grated carrot, chopped bell pepper, all-purpose flour, cornflour, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, green chili (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a thick batter.
  • STEP 7.Heat oil in a deep frying pan or wok over medium heat.
  • STEP 8.Take small portions of the batter and shape them into small balls or dumplings.
  • STEP 9.Carefully drop the dumplings into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crisp. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  • STEP 10.To Serve:
  • STEP 11.Serve the fried rice and Manchurian balls together.
  • STEP 12.You can also serve with a side of chili garlic sauce or soy sauce for dipping.
  • STEP 13.Garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro if desired.
