STEP 1.Put milk to boil and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Add sugar at this stage and stir for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 2.Assemble other ingredients, mix custard powder in milk and mix well.
STEP 3.Add custard mix gradually and keep stirring under low to medium flame.
STEP 4.Keep stirring at intervals, cook till the arrival of bubbles.
STEP 5.Mixture thickens, switch flame and keep stirring to prevent formation of lumps.
STEP 6.Custard is ready, allow to cool down completely and then refrigerate for 4-5 hours or overnight. Take out from fridge and whisk for 2 minutes to make it creamy.
STEP 7.Chop fruits of your choice.
STEP 8.While serving add chopped fruits to chilled custard, mix well and it is ready to serve.
STEP 9.Serve into individual cups / bowls, garnish with chopped fruits and serve.
STEP 10.Tastes best when served chilled.
