Ingredients for Fruit custard Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 0.33 tbsp Custard powder
  • 0.67 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.08 cup milk (for custard mix)
  • as required Mango
  • as required Banana

Directions: Fruit Custard Recipe

  • STEP 1.Put milk to boil and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Add sugar at this stage and stir for 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Assemble other ingredients, mix custard powder in milk and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Add custard mix gradually and keep stirring under low to medium flame.
  • STEP 4.Keep stirring at intervals, cook till the arrival of bubbles.
  • STEP 5.Mixture thickens, switch flame and keep stirring to prevent formation of lumps.
  • STEP 6.Custard is ready, allow to cool down completely and then refrigerate for 4-5 hours or overnight. Take out from fridge and whisk for 2 minutes to make it creamy.
  • STEP 7.Chop fruits of your choice.
  • STEP 8.While serving add chopped fruits to chilled custard, mix well and it is ready to serve.
  • STEP 9.Serve into individual cups / bowls, garnish with chopped fruits and serve.
  • STEP 10.Tastes best when served chilled.
