Ingredients For Fried Rice (left over rice) Recipe
1 g One big bowl left over rice
1 Pieces 1 finely chopped tomato
A Handful 1 chopped onion
3 Pieces Chopped chilli
2 Pieces Chopped capsicum
3 Tbsp Spoon chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Shejwan chutney
2 Tbsp spoon butter or oil
6 Pieces piece currypatta
1 packet maggi masala
Directions : Fried Rice (left over rice) Recipe
STEP 1.1- First heat the kadhai with two spoon butter or oil. 2-Then add cumin seeds and curry leaves ,roast well.
STEP 2.3- Then add chopped onion,roast it. 4- Then add chopped capsicum,again mix well. 5- Then add tueand coriander powder and mix it.
STEP 3.6-Then add chopped tomatoes and mix well,then add shejwan chutney . 7-After that add left over rice and salt,lemon juice .Mix every thing nicely.
STEP 4.8-Roast it and saute continuously for two minutes then sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and turn off the gas and serve hot with curry. ππ
