- 0.33 tbsp Basen
- 1 g reen Chilli
- 0.33 g Chopped onion
- 0.33 g Chopped tomato

- 0.33 tsp Red chilli powder
- 0.33 packet maggi/chat masala
- to taste Salt
- 0.67 tsp Oil
- 1.33 tbsp Oil
- 1.33 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
- 0.33 g Pinch of hing

How to Make Vegetable Pohe Uttapam With Dosa Aaloo Recipe
First, finely grind 1 cup overnight soaked urad dal and grind 2 cups pohe ,mix together and keep aside for thirty minutes.
Then chop one tomato, 3 chillies, one onion, two chillies and a little cilantro. Then mix all the ingredients well.
Add salt, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon gram flour and two teaspoons oil, pinch of eno salt, water, keep stirring and make flour like Uttapam.
Then heat the pan and spread the oil and then spread the flour, sprinkle a little oil and keep the lid on the sim / medium heat for two minutes with the lid on.
When one side is rosted well , turn over the side of the pan and sprinkle with oil again and keep the lid on for 2-3 minutes.
Serve uttapam with fried dosa aloo and chutney in a serving plate, when both sides of Uttapam is baked.💖😋
