Directions : Fideo Seco Recipe

STEP 1.In a blender add the tomatoes, onions, garlic, chipotle, water and bouillon. Blend it into a smooth paste.

STEP 2.Heat olive oil a stock pot then add fideo to it and fry for 3 minutes.Add in the tomato mix, combine well and cook it for 12 minutes on low heat with the lid on.

STEP 3.Serve and top with sour cream or avocado
