Ingredients for Fideo Seco Recipe

  • 3 Roma tomatoes cut in half
  • 1/4 onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove whole
  • 1 pepper chipotle in adobo sauce
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Chicken Bouillon
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1-7 ounce package of Fideo

Directions: Fideo Seco Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a blender add the tomatoes, onions, garlic, chipotle, water and bouillon. Blend it into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.Heat olive oil a stock pot then add fideo to it and fry for 3 minutes.Add in the tomato mix, combine well and cook it for 12 minutes on low heat with the lid on.
  • STEP 3.Serve and top with sour cream or avocado
