• 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon Anise flavored liqueur, such as pernod or ouzo
• 0.25 teaspoon Salt
• 0.25 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
• 0.5 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
