This is an easy, quick and famous chinese simple recipe. This recipe taste similar to a silky custard and can vary in sweetness depending on the recipe. This recipe is a kind of custard tart.
STEP 1.First boil the sugar in water to dissolve it, then add the milk and let cool. Add two beaten eggs and stir well, sieve out the solids to make the egg mixture smoother.

Coat your hands with flour and gently press out the dough to form an edge, about one to two millimeters high, to make the tart easy to demould. Then put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to form.
