Ingredients For Daal-Bati Recipe

• For Making Bati
• 2 katori wheat flr
• 1 katori rawa/suji
• 1 teaspoon Jeera
• 1 teaspoon Haldi
• 1.5 tablespoon Salt
• 3 tablespoon oil for moyan
• water as req
• For making daal
• 1 katori boiled tuar/arhar dal
• 1 katori oil
• 2 tbap ginger garlic paste
• 1 big size onion chopped
• 1 big red tometo chopped
• 2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
• 1.5 teaspoon Haldi
• 1 teaspoon Jeera rai each
• 2 pinch hing
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 tablespoon Half Crushed peanuts
• 0.5 tap souf/ fenal seeds
• Dry red chilliy for tadka
• 1 tablespoon Sugar
• As required Salt and water
