• 1 cup Broth vegetable or poultry broth
• 2 tablespoon Flour adjust to desired consistency
• 1 cup Heavy cream may substitute milk or 1/2 and 1/2
• 1 tablespoon Nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to your taste
• As required Black ground pepper to taste
