STEP 1.Chop the tomato, onion and capsicum finely.
STEP 2.In a bowl add boiled sweet corn, chopped onion, tomato and capsicum.
STEP 3.Add salt to taste, chilli garlic sauce and mix well.
STEP 4.On papdi, spread the layer of cream cheese. Keep a spoonful of corn mixture over it. Top it with grated cheese. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and oregano on top.
