An easy and quick dessert made with dulce de leche, shredded coconut and nuts. Cocada is a traditional coconut candy or confectionery found in many parts of Latin America, Brazil, Colombia, Chile and Mexico. These soft chey coconut mounds are mixed with dulce de leche and studded with macadamia nuts. cocadas are like macaroons but much better.
