How to Make Cocadas Recipe

STEP 01

Preheat the oven to 350 f.

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and keep it aside.

In a bowl, combine dulce de leche, shredded coconut and chopped macadamia nuts. Mix everything well.

STEP 01

Form 24 dough balls with a cookie scoop.

STEP 01

Place the cocadas 1 inch apart on the cookie sheet.

STEP 01

Bake it for 15-18 minutes, or until it becomes golden.
