• 1 cup Dry white wine + the wine cork
• 1 Whole lemon, halved
• 4 Cloves garlic
• 1 teaspoon Whole peppercorns
• 0.5 Green bell pepper, sliced lengthwise and seeds removed
• 0.5 Red bell pepper, sliced lengthwise and seeds removed
• 0.5 inch 1/2 small red onion, sliced into rounds
• 4 tablespoon Olive oil
• 0.5 teaspoon Freshly cracked black pepper , or more to taste
• 0.5 teaspoon Kosher salt , or more to taste
• 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
• 2 Cloves garlic, minced
• 3 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice about 1 lemon
